About the role
Join us as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for mental health, ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $50 – $57 per billable unit, with potential variations based on licensure and experience.
