About the role
Join a dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, dedicated to providing culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments, outpatient individual and family therapy, and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
- Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
- Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
- Conduct discharge planning
- Ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff
Qualifications
- A master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- A current or eligible professional license in Washington State
