About the role
Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans
- Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
- Ensure timely documentation and billing
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff—to deliver holistic mental health care
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active or eligible licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Passion for mental health
- Strong communication and ethical practice skills
