Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Tennessee

About the role

Tireless in their commitment to mental health, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This position is based in Union City, TN and involves Provider Network Development for contract providers in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Identify and assess potential network opportunities
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to build and expand provider networks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct regular evaluations of contracted providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 2 years of experience in provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
