About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contracted providers
- Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contract agreements
- Manage and update contracted provider information in the system
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with contracted provider networks
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
