Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Tennessee

About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to build and expand the provider network in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential contracted providers
• Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contract agreements
• Manage and update contracted provider information in the system
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with contracted provider networks
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
