About the role

Lyra’s provider network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. This opportunity is ideal for independently licensed clinical therapists providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. We welcome clinicians with experience managing a spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to complex and severe cases. Providers should be seeking well-matched, motivated clients, administrative and marketing support, and streamlined invoicing with quick payments. The ability to work with clients in person through your private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently without supervision) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, promoting skills practice)
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care delivery
• Office space with the ability to see clients in the Tennessee area
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States
