About the role
Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across multiple Ohio cities including Mansfield, Loveland, Cleveland, Mason, North Canton, Youngstown, Coshocton, Cambridge, and Canton.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers in Ohio
- Identify and onboard new contract providers to expand service offerings
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure seamless integration of services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development
- Knowledge of Ohio healthcare regulations and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
