Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Ohio

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining provider networks that support mental health services across multiple Ohio cities including Mansfield, Loveland, Cleveland, Mason, North Canton, Youngstown, Coshocton, Cambridge, and Canton.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health providers in Ohio
• Identify and onboard new contract providers to expand service offerings
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure seamless integration of services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development
• Knowledge of Ohio healthcare regulations and policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
