Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Ohio

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute to vibrant communities. As a 1099 contractor, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a robust provider network for mental health services across multiple Ohio cities including Mansfield, Loveland, Cleveland, Mason, North Canton, Youngstown, Coshocton, Cambridge, and Canton.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new mental health providers to the network
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health services
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of contracted providers
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health or related field
• Licenses/certifications in mental health fields (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
