About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with contracted providers to establish and expand mental health services in Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contracted providers
- Negotiate terms and conditions for service contracts
- Manage provider onboarding and training processes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor provider performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Nevada
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health provider contracting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within Nevada as needed
Qualifications
