About the role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting clients in achieving and maintaining mental wellness. Your primary responsibility is to provide therapy services to clients within a contracted provider network.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to expand your client base.
• Collaborate with the provider network to ensure quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Michigan.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to mental health advocacy and community service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
