About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. This position is designed to support this goal by providing mental health services through a provider network development program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential providers within the network
  • Screen and assess potential providers for qualifications and suitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid Michigan Provider License
  • Experience in provider network development and/or mental health counseling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
