Mentally healthy individuals contribute positively to their communities. This position is designed to support this goal by providing mental health services through a provider network development program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential providers within the network
- Screen and assess potential providers for qualifications and suitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Valid Michigan Provider License
- Experience in provider network development and/or mental health counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare providers
- Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities
