Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand provider networks.
• Identify potential new providers and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with provider network goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Monitor provider performance and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid Maine Provider Network License.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or related field.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with contract negotiation and management.
