Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand provider networks.
• Identify new potential providers and assess their qualifications and capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on network development goals and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provider contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid Maine Provider Network License or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with behavioral health organizations.
• Knowledge of Maine healthcare regulations and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
