About the role
Develops and maintains exclusive outpatient provider networks for an insurance company in Cherry Hill, NJ. Works in a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new providers to join the network
- Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and maintain network integrity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the network to potential providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and contractual agreements
- Conduct regular network reviews to assess performance and make necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Current license to practice as a mental health therapist in New Jersey
- At least 2 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
