What You'll Do
- BUILD POSITIVE, THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUTH
- SUPERVISE DAILY ACTIVITIES AND ENSURE RESIDENT SAFETY
- TEACH HEALTHY COPING SKILLS, COMMUNICATION, AND LIFE SKILLS
- ENCOURAGE POSITIVE BEHAVIORS WHILE SERVING AS A ROLE MODEL
- ASSIST WITH MEALS, HYGIENE, RECREATION, AND DAILY ROUTINES
- DOCUMENT OBSERVATIONS AND RESIDENT PROGRESS
- SUPPORT THERAPEUTIC PROGRAMMING AND GROUP ACTIVITIES
- USE VERBAL DE-ESCALATION TECHNIQUES (AND PHYSICAL INTERVENTION ONLY WHEN NECESSARY—WE PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED TRAINING)
- HELP CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE HEALING CAN HAPPEN
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- PREFERRED: Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, social services, juvenile services, childcare, or direct support
- COLLEGE COURSEWORK IN PSYCHOLOGY, COUNSELING, SOCIAL WORK, CRIMINAL JUSTICE, NURSING, EDUCATION, OR RELATED FIELDS

Schedule
This is a PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling. Available shifts include:
- ☀️ Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 🌙 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend availability is encouraged.
