Job Summary
Client Care Technicians (CCTs) provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts. CCTs oversee the self-administration of medication for clients.
Major Responsibilities
- Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
- Makes sure clients are supervised during medication administration.
- Documents observations accurately and promptly.
- Notifies clinical staff about significant changes in clients' condition.
- Transports clients to out-of-office appointments and doctor visits.
- Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis.
- Aids clients with nutritional and dietary needs.
- Assists with the admission and discharge processes.
- Facilitates group sessions as appropriate to licensure.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Specific Skills/Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
General Skills and Requirements
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 21 years old.
- Completed First Aid Training.
- Passed health screenings and criminal record checks.
