Mental Health Technician II- Webb

About the role

This is a full time, 40 hour/week position working a standard schedule at each of SpectraCare's residential programs. Work hours are Pittman Schedule 7pm-7am. Week One: Monday, Thursday and Friday. Week Two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Base pay is $14.00/hr with a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Variety of activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
• Teaching group and individual basic living skills
• Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program
• Ensuring efficient operation of the facility
• Aiding with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision
• Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Insurance eligibility requirements (21 years or older), good MVR, and willingness to submit to motor vehicle report check
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire
• Prior experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment preferred

Pay

Base Pay: $14.00/hr with $2.00 shift differential
