Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in mental health care.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in mental health settings.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current certification in a relevant therapeutic modality (e.g., DBT).
- Experience with telehealth platforms.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
