Mental Health Specialist - Part Time (.2 FTE) 7:00am-3:30pm Weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in mental health care.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in mental health settings.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current certification in a relevant therapeutic modality (e.g., DBT).
• Experience with telehealth platforms.
