About the Role
This position provides direct patient care in a restraint-free environment, supporting patient recovery under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Registered Nurse. It involves delivering appropriate medical attention to patients in both voluntary and involuntary situations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of Avade Training within 30 days of hire.
- Strong attention to safety and proficiency with computers and hospital software.
- Effective communication skills with diverse patient populations.
- Preferred: Experience in acute care, mental health units, or residential settings; CPR certification.
