Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - Leander - $5K SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Austin market who can partner with us to achieve our mission of transforming mental health.

Responsibilities

• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• Hybrid work schedule: three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth, or a four-day work week is possible
• Part of an integrated care team with a Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist
• Partner with the Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist for medication management and psychotherapy coordination
• Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and improve care quality

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Texas
• One year of professional work experience for Psych PA’s
• Active DEA license
• Passion for high quality care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
• The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Qualifications

• Over one year of professional work experience working in an Advance Practice Provider role, or from an outpatient work setting
