About the role

We're seeking Mental Health Professionals to assist in training and evaluating advanced AI models.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios.
• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content.
• Improve cutting-edge AI models using your knowledge of psychological theory and human behavior.
• Compare model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn their shortcomings.

Requirements

• Verified status as a Mental Health Professional (current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent).
• A solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behavior.
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed).
• A PayPal account to receive payments from our clients.

Qualifications

• Must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
