About the role

We're seeking Mental Health Professionals to assist in training and evaluating advanced AI models. Successful candidates will be invited to join Prolific as Domain Experts, earning up to $150-180/hr per task.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to psychological scenarios
• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing psychology-related content
• Improve cutting-edge AI models using psychological theory and human behavior
• Compare model answers and select/justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn from their mistakes

Requirements

• Verified status as a Mental Health Professional
• A solid understanding of psychological theory, research methods, and human behavior
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed)
• A PayPal account to receive payments from our clients

Qualifications

• Current license/registration in good standing
• Board certification or equivalent where applicable
