Mental Health Professional - PLPC - LMSW
Requirements
- Must have an active driver's license within the state of Louisiana
- Willing to work in a community based setting
- Must have an active PLPC/LMSW within the state of Louisiana
Responsibilities
- Provides individual therapy and group therapy to consumers in service
- Creates the person-centered treatment plan
- Reviews and changes the individual crisis plan as required
- Completes psychosocial assessments
- Provides crisis intervention and support

About the Role
The Mental Health Professionals (MHP) are an essential part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The multidisciplinary team provides evidenced-based services to members diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness within the greater Baton Rouge area.
Pay
$26.44/hour + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend
