About the role

The Mental Health Professionals (MHP) are an essential part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The multidisciplinary team provides evidenced-based services to members diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. The mental health professional provides individual therapy and group therapy to consumers in service. The MHP creates the person-centered treatment plan, reviews and changes the individual crisis plan as required, and completes psychosocial assessments. Must maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation such as: progress notes, assessments, and interpretative summaries. MHPs provide crisis intervention and support.

Earn $26.44/hour + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend
