Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of co-occurring mental health needs of patients.
• Conduct therapy, including group therapy, for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses.
• Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform crisis intervention.
• Supervise unlicensed mental health staff.
• Engage in ongoing care planning.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
• Fully licensed in the state of practice as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or similar (e.g., LP, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Current CPR Card (or obtain within 30 days of hire). Certification must be from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
• National Provider Identification Number (NPI Number).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Twelve Step treatment approaches and stages of recovery.
• Knowledge/training in addiction studies.
• Willingness to be licensed in other states.
• Spanish fluency.

Pay

Annual salary range: USD $81,088.00 – USD $155,458.00.
