Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of co-occurring mental health needs of patients.
- Conduct therapy, including group therapy, for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses.
- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Perform crisis intervention.
- Supervise unlicensed mental health staff.
- Engage in ongoing care planning.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
- Fully licensed in the state of practice as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or similar (e.g., LP, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
- Current CPR Card (or obtain within 30 days of hire). Certification must be from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI Number).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Twelve Step treatment approaches and stages of recovery.
- Knowledge/training in addiction studies.
- Willingness to be licensed in other states.
- Spanish fluency.

Pay
Annual salary range: USD $81,088.00 – USD $155,458.00.
