Job Summary
Demonstrates advanced clinical skills and ability to assess patients to determine appropriate level of care. Identifies cultural considerations, gender identity and preferred language for patients and family. Demonstrates advance practice in assessments, and all other documentation timely and in compliance with requirements (as appropriate to scope).
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Masters Degree – REQUIRED
- Provisional Licensure may be REQUIRED – LPC-A/LMSW/ETC
