Mental Health Professional

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our clinical team at our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment in a structured, therapeutic residential setting.

About the role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on helping youth achieve emotional stability, behavioral growth, and long-term success. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions
  • Provide individual and group therapy services
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes
  • Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources
  • Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program
  • Participate in therapeutic activities and programming
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a residential treatment environment
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Lewisburg, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
  • Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions

Pay

Starting at $60,000

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position includes occasional on-call responsibilities.

Work Location

This is an in-person, full-time position based in Lewisburg, PA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
