Compensation

Licensed Therapist - starts at $70,000 (based on experience). In addition to the base salary, eligible individuals can earn monthly and annual bonuses for services exceeding impact targets.

Schedule

Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

How You'll Make An Impact

Therapists help treat our clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family driven and trauma informed framework. The Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Provide therapy to individuals, family, and groups in an out-patient setting.
• Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient's eligibility for mental health services.
• Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Licensed as an LP, LICSW, LMFT or LPCC
• Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years' experience in outpatient therapy
• Medicare Eligible Provider
• SPMI, ARMS, ACT Team, TCM or community based experience
• Experience in being a child and adolescent provider with clients 6+ years and older
• A passion to work in community based mental health
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed with other departments
