Salary: $34.83–$47.02 hourly. This position is open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Fully licensed Mental Health Professional (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health counseling and support services to individuals (children and adults), families, and groups
- Perform specialized mental health assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Monitor client progress throughout treatment
- Maintain client records
- Maintain a manageable and sustainable caseload (averages 20–25 clients)
- Complete documentation during working hours; no expectation to work outside scheduled hours
- Substantial control over clinical schedule
Requirements
- Successfully complete probationary period per contract
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug test
- Meet essential physical requirements of the position
- Complete and sign employment eligibility verification form on the first day of employment
- Submit documentation verifying identity and employment eligibility within three days of the first day of employment
