About the role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in mental health and addiction treatment. This role involves providing high-quality, wraparound care to our diverse client base, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, military members, neurodivergent individuals, and those dealing with trauma.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, clinicians, and family programming specialists.
- Engage in our alumni and family programming to support long-term recovery.
- Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) where applicable.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
- Contribute to clinical outcomes tracking and reporting for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant clinical licensure or certification in your field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, MD).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and trauma-affected communities.
- Familiarity with virtual care platforms and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
