Responsibilities

• Support clinical outreach efforts to connect patients with appropriate care
• Manage patient referrals and ensure timely communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assist in the coordination of care across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and residential facilities
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Current certification in HIPAA compliance
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing healthcare
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
