About the role

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person‑directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and fully participate in society.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy and engaging home setting for adults.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care.
• Advocate for the health and wellness of the people we support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Twenty‑one years of age or older.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre‑employment process, including all required clearances and verifications.
