Responsibilities

• Manage the behavior of clients who attend our Day Treatment Program and record their treatment progress.
• Coordinate service delivery by assessing the needs of the children and families we serve and linking them to appropriate services.
• Conduct and lead group activities to support treatment goals.
• Ensure that the Person Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team.
• Provide agency vehicle transportation as needed.

Requirements

• B.A, B.S., or an Associates Degree in Social Work or a related human service field (required).
• Four years of experience in Mental Health (preferred).
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license.
