Mental Health Counselor (QP) PRN - Day Treatment Meck/Partners

Responsibilities

• Manage the behavior of clients who attend our Day Treatment Program and record their treatment progress.
• Cook up service delivery by assessing the needs of the children and families we serve by linking them to appropriate services.
• Conduct and lead group activities to support treatment goals and ensure that the Person Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team.
• Provide agency vehicle transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree. Preferably in a Human Services-related field or an Associate's Degree in a Human Services Field.
• Qualified Professional (QP) - 2 – 4 years experience in children's mental health.
• Familiarity in MS Office applications preferred.
• Valid Driver's license in state of residency.
• Children's Day Treatment experience preferred.
