Mental Health Counselor Masters - Providence Crisis Stabilization Center

About the role

We are hiring for Mental Health Counselor Masters positions at Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK. Currently available schedule: full time, 1.0 FTE, day shift, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center.
• Provide direct client care services including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy.
• Plan and provide client, family, peer, and community education.
• Coordinate services with other health care professionals, including interaction with physicians or ARNPs responsible for client care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a health‑related field.

Preferred:

• Upon hire: Professional Counselor License (LPC) OR Psychological Associate License (LPA) OR Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
• 2 years of clinical experience.

Pay

Base pay range: $37.84 – $58.75 per hour. Additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, bonuses).
