Join our dedicated Behavioral Health team as a Mental Health Counselor, Master's – Child Psychology, where you'll have the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children and adolescents thrive. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with young patients and their families to assess behavioral health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being and resilience. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll partner with psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field
- Family counseling or therapist experience upon hire
Qualifications

Skills

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $37.84 - $58.75 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This role is full-time and works on a day schedule.
