Mental Health Counselor - Masters

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs of children and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers
• Support emotional well-being and resilience in young patients and their families
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care
• Partner with healthcare teams to promote holistic treatment
• Empower children and families to navigate challenges
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Family counseling or therapy experience
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
