Mental Health Counselor – Day Treatment

We are seeking a Mental Health Facilitator for a Day Treatment program focused on intensive eating disorder support. Key responsibilities include: Co-facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups to promote recovery and understanding.Supporting meal and milieu-based interventions to foster a safe and structured environment.Monitoring client safety and engagement closely in a high-intensity setting.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, dietitians, and medical staff.Documenting services accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).Participating in treatment planning to tailor care to individual needs. Qualifications and skills required: Experience in mental health, preferably in eating disorder treatment or related fields.Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within a compassionate, recovery-focused environment.Ability to monitor client safety and support therapeutic interventions.Attention to detail for documentation and treatment planning.
