About the role

We are seeking a Therapeutic Counselor to provide outpatient therapeutic interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families within a patient-centered environment, emphasizing respect, understanding, and whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individual and family counseling sessions
• Assessing patient needs and developing tailored care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and progress

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related health field
• Family counseling or therapy experience
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
