Responsibilities

• Facilitating therapy sessions with clients
• Administering prescribed medications under supervision
• Collaborating with therapists, social workers, and case managers
• Maintaining client records and reporting progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
• Passing a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification
