About the role
Mental Health Counselor needed to provide counseling services to clients in a community setting.
Responsibilities
- Counsel individuals and groups on mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support
- Document progress and maintain client records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent certification
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
