Mental Health Counselor

Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is a community mental health center serving residents of Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard Counties since 2005. About the role

The Mental Health Counselor will provide mental health services in the field/community to children, adolescents, families, and adults throughout Martin County. This is an independent contractor position with a flexible schedule; full-time hours (25+ hours) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in the community to children, adolescents, families, and adults
• Deliver services in-person and via telehealth (not telehealth only)

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with children and families
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred
