About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-focused outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, and maintain accurate documentation. This role primarily involves individual therapy with occasional group opportunities.
Work arrangements
Flexible work arrangements include hybrid scheduling—onsite and telehealth—with one evening appointment per week.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or possession of an "In Training" license in Wisconsin
Preferred qualifications
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
