Schedule

Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth options, requiring one evening appointment weekly. Schedules are customizable to support continuity of care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Practicum experience
• Eligibility for an "In Training" license in Wisconsin
