About the role
Mental Health Clinician
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the designated Director II.
- Performs duties of a school mental health clinician working with individual students and small groups with parent approval.
- Provides documentation on individual therapy goals and progress as needed and directed.
- Provides clinical counseling and case management services.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited graduate program with the receipt of a Master’s Degree in Counseling/Psychology or Social Work is required.
- Two years of experience in a mental health setting under clinical supervision as required to qualify for the State recognized license.
- Licensed as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- As long as the clinician is holding a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern certification, salary placement is limited to step one on the salary range for this classification.

$64.99 - $78.98 Per Hour
Schedule
Length of Work Year: 185 Work Days/205 Paid Days, 5 days/week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
