Mental Health Clinician - Family Therapist
About the role
PHH, Alaska's leading adolescent residential treatment program, is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join their team. In-person interviews are available to qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions.
- Complete Comprehension Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health resources.
- Prepare and present relevant mental health-related groups for resident youth and their families.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or a related Social Science field.
- Experience in mental health therapy.
- Able to pass a background check.
