Schedule

37.5‑hour work week to ensure work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of up to 25 youth and families enrolled in the WISe program, providing ongoing clinical services and support throughout their participation.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using culturally responsive, trauma‑informed, and evidence‑based practices.
• Partner with youth, families, and WISe team members to assess strengths and needs, and develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with the Cross Systems of Care Plan.
• Serve as a key clinical member of the WISe team, supporting coordination, collaboration, and communication across youth, families, and service providers.
• Identify and address barriers to engagement, collaborating with youth, families, and team members to support participation in services.
• Meet productivity and documentation expectations, including timely completion of progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required clinical documentation.
• Provide community‑based services, including travel to family homes and community locations, with optional participation in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience; knowledge, education, and training in human behavior and mental health; awareness of individual differences in ability, personality, and interest.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Washington State credential required within 60 days of hire (acceptable credentials include AAC, LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LASW, LMFT, LMFTA; equivalent credentials may be accepted).
• Full licensure is not required; additional compensation may be available for clinicians who hold a qualifying independent license, per agency policy.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic mastery of business applications and productivity suites.
• Demonstrates resilience, self‑regulation, and the ability to navigate challenges, conflict, and obstacles.
• Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance end‑user experiences.
• Exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations.
• Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment and to perform tasks both in person and using technology, with periods of stationary activity and periods of increased physical activity (sitting, standing, walking).
• Driving and traveling to community locations; able to move equipment/materials weighing up to 25 lb; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and meet agency driving/insurability standards.
• Willingness to work in a variety of settings, including LCSNW offices, partner agencies, community‑based locations, client homes, outdoor settings in varying weather, and faith‑based settings such as churches.
• Must meet LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job‑relevant clearances as required by the State or program; motor vehicle records, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
