About the Role
The Mental Health Case Manager will provide mental health assessments, counseling, and case management services to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use challenges. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, coordinate services, and connect clients with vital community resources.
Responsibilities
- Mental health assessments and counseling
- Development and coordination of treatment plans
- Clinical supervision and consultation

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Current Missouri licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment models
- Understanding of recovery-oriented practices
- Experience with community-based service delivery systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Core working hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
