We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About the C-Change Program" and "Responsibilities & Competencies:" and "Qualifications:" and "Benefits:" etc. Also we have "Position Details" with title, classification, location, schedule, compensation. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for: About the role? Could be "About the C-Change Program" maybe considered About the role. We have responsibilities list. We have qualifications. We have benefits. We have pay (compensation). We have schedule (Regular Work Schedule: Full time, M-F). Also location/hybrid maybe could be part of About the role? But we can include a short paragraph for position details (maybe not a heading). The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Thus we need sections: About the role (maybe summarizing description), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements? But we have qualifications which includes requirements. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use those headings if content exists. We have qualifications content; we can put under

Qualifications

. For Requirements maybe not needed if covered. We'll include Qualifications only. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. At end there is EEO statement; we should drop that. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Position Details: - Title: Outpatient and C-Change Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) (but we don't repeat as heading) - Classification: Regular Full Time (1.0 FTE), Non-exempt (Hourly) - Location: Oakland, CA / Hybrid (availability to provide client services in-person and complete documentation remotely) - Regular Work Schedule: Full time, M-F - Compensation: $34.62 per hour Then description paragraph about role. Then About the C-Change Program paragraph. Then Responsibilities & Competencies: list bullet points. Then Qualifications: list bullet points. Then Why work here? (maybe could be considered Benefits? but we have separate Benefits section later). The "Why work here?" includes staff affinity groups, making difference, growth-oriented learning community. That's more like benefits/culture. Could be included under Benefits or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". But we only have headings list; we could put that under Benefits? But Benefits already has specific benefits list. The "Why work here?" is more about culture; we could incorporate into About the role or a separate section like "About the organization". Not in list; maybe we can drop it as it's not required? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop. So we need to include it somewhere. Could be under a heading like "About the organization" but not in allowed list. However instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Could we fit "Why work here?" under Benefits? It's about culture, not benefits. Could be under About the role? Might be okay to add a paragraph about the organization under About the role heading. Thus About the role section will include: description of clinic, mission, hybrid, schedule, compensation? Actually compensation and schedule are separate sections. So About the role will include narrative about the role, clinic description, C-Change program, maybe why work here. Let's structure:

About the role

WestCoast Children's Clinic, located in Oakland, California, is a non-profit community psychology clinic that provides mental health services to Bay Area children, youth and families. Working at WestCoast Children's Clinic means being part of an organization that is client-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and committed to justice and equity. The Mental Health Care Coordinator, formally known as the Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) is responsible for the assessment, development, coordination, implementation, and oversight of intensive behavioral health, community-based care plans for moderate to high-acuity clients with complex behavioral health, medical, developmental, and/or psychosocial needs. The ICC identifies and brings together family, natural supports (friends, extended family, neighbors, community members) and formal system partners (child welfare, school, juvenile probation, etc.) to form a Child & Family Team (CFT) which collectively works together to address goals and ensure successful and enduring change. The ICC exercises clinical judgment and discretion in collaboratively evaluating client needs and strengths, determining appropriate interventions, coordinating interdisciplinary treatment services, managing crises, resource linkage, behavioral skill building and developing individualized care strategies guided by the Integrated Core Practice Model. The ICC coordinates and facilitates regular CFT meetings among teams, and monitors and contributes to progress toward a youth's goals. The work is varied in character, requiring interpretation of clinical information, application of professional standards, and clinically informed decision-making. ICCs provide services and participate in agency meetings in a combination of environments including virtual (zoom / phone) and in-person office or community locations (drop-in center, client homes, school, parks, etc.). This position primarily serves youth and young adults in the C-Change program.

Then maybe a paragraph about C-Change program could be included here or separate About the C-Change Program heading? Not in list but we could include as part of About the role. But we have a separate "About the C-Change Program" heading in original; we could make a subsection under About the role? But we need to preserve content. Could add a

About the C-Change Program

but that's not in the list; but instruction says e.g., not exclusive. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also use other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those headings. So we incorporate C-Change program description into About the role. Now Responsibilities section:
