About the role

The Mental Health Associate Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the mental health department at Arbour Hospital, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to clinical protocols and policies.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives are met.
  • Participate in staff meetings and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health administration or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Professional.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with electronic health records systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
